Redbournbury Mill is a working watermill and bakery. We mill a variety of organic flours from wheat, rye and spelt predominantly grown at Hammonds End Farm in Harpenden. Our onsite bakery bakes with our flour and produces a wide range of artisan loaves, cakes, mince-pies and Christmas cakes. We also run very popular bread baking classes in the bakery.
