I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in London to learn the secrets of classical French Cuisine & Patisserie and excelled, passing my final examinations with “mention bien”.

I topped that experience working in the kitchens of a Michelin starred restaurant before learning my trade as a Pastry Chef at Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa.

Now I have set myself up as an independent caterer, serving delicious meals to private and business clients in London and Hertfordshire

My style of food is modern and light, inspired by my travels to France, Italy, Spain and Morocco. I use herbs and spices liberally and unfamiliar ingredients to create memorable flavours and combinations.

I always use locally sourced, free-range and/or organic ingredients wherever possible.
